Laura did an outstanding job designing and project managing the build of our new en suite bathroom. We'd always dreamed of re-vamping our en suite and including a freestanding bath but being busy Londoners the idea of traipsing around bathroom and tiles shops on our precious weekends filled us with dread. Laura came recommended to us by one of our close friends and she far exceeded our expectations. Laura was professional, efficient, proactive and patient. Laura is extremely committed to delivering a high standard of work and is meticulous with her design to make sure it is perfect. She even lay in baths in showrooms to ensure they were comfortable and ensured that the builders did not leave site until the result was perfect and the entire snagging list was complete! Throughout the installation process, Laura was very responsive, proactive and provided solutions very quickly to problems as they arose.
