Renovate our home which is a house built some time in the 1500’s. last used as a bed and breakfast. grade 2 listed. Would like to make it fit our family better. Probably needs everything from new plumbing to electrics, flooring and the rest. Keen to renovate with lime and repair over replace where possible.
