We are a bowling club in need of a new building our clubhouse is not fit for purpose. We have planning permission for a 10mtre x 6mtre building but the quotes we have received for a brick an d rendered building are beyond our budget. Our requirements are simple an open plan building with 2 toilets and kitchen facilities electrics etc. We have funding from a trust which will amount to around £40,000. The planning people know of our dilemma with regard to cost and are open to amending our original plan.
