We instructed Demian and Holger to redesign a 2 bedroom flat we bought into a 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. They carried out this brief with great precision and very thorough drawings. I listed my extension on the designfor-me website and despite it being a relatively low budget project, it was still of interest to Demian's practice. He contacted me through the website and after a friendly chat on the phone we agreed to an initial consultation. Before our meeting I sent Demian some photos together with a rough plan of my one bedroom ground-floor flat. I was thrilled when Demian and Holger arrived a week or so later with a brand new vision for my extended property. We sat down and they talked me through the design in detail, explaining all the benefits and potential cost savings.
