After the initial communication via the design for me website, an introductory meeting was scheduled. Ricky turned up as planned and we discussed my proposed single storey extension project. Ricky did a site survey there and then, and week later I got the first proposed floor layout. A week later i received the revised floor plan, along with the drawings needed to submit for planning permission. Ricky has listened to my requirements, and made changes where I wanted them. It has been a very easy process so far and I’m happy with the results and ease of communication. The plans have now been submitted, and once approved I’ll need the building regulations drawings done, but so far I can highly recommend Ricky & Jamie
