Anthony was so nice and genuinely keen to help. I was asking for his expertise to help us decide whether or not to buy a house and entirely redesign it. He was able to come up with some in-budget solutions and made it all seem do-able!

Having taken the time to complete a Complimentary Assessment Form and send photos of the existing interiors and exterior of the property that will be impacted by the building work, we are a little disappointed that Dwell Design choose to undertake their initial consultation via a Zoom / telephone call rather than visit our property to see first hand the work we are proposing to have done. That said, we realise we would be foolish in ending our relationship with Dwell Design at this very early stage.

I was delighted with all aspects of dwell design's work from start to finish on my extension project. They had a clear vision and an excellent eye for detail, and were able to utilise that when guiding me through the design process. Drawings produced were of the highest quality, making the process of dealing with suppliers and planners very easy. They also liaised with suppliers and contractors to get the best prices and quality, enabling the project to come in on time and in budget. Their fees were more than reasonable compared to the effort expended to make the process as painless as possible for me, and the final result was exactly what we had planned together. I have no hesitation in recommending [this practice].

In their time working on my project I have been impressed with [their] eye for detail. It is pleasing to work with a practice that care as much about the siting of a vent flue or the selection of vent slate which are in tune with a building as they are layout. It is very rare in my experience to be provided with architect's drawings which can be used for construction, particularly when domestic projects are concerned. The drawings produced by dwell design were of excellent quality and exceptional clarity and left the impression that the practice was determined to offer value for money.
