I am a landscape architect and garden designer with 25 years of experience. My early years were spent with my gardening Grandfather learning Latin plant names at the age of 3! I worked in horticulture at the National Arboretum in Washington D.C. , The American Horticultural Society and as a professional gardener in Gloucestershire, UK. After working as a landscape architect, I returned to my roots and set up my design company Fresh Garden Design, here in Gloucestershire.

Plants and gardens have always been part of my life, both personal and professional so it is no surprise that I now help others to enjoy the beauty, relaxation and inspiration that a wonderful garden border can bring. I design garden layouts that enhance the gardens my clients already have. Sometimes this means small changes, so that the owners still recognise their garden! Sometimes it involves a total re-design. I specialise in creating beautiful, timeless gardens from overall layouts to bespoke border designs.
