We had an idea of what we wanted but Stephen brought some new ideas & suggestions to the table that we would not have considered. These have really helped to bring our extension to life and help us make the most of the space we have. Stephen’s knowledge of the planning process was really helpful too, particularly when we came to appeal a decision and he really helped with this process and ensured our appeal was granted.

After moving into a new area, I was speaking to local people about the services available to help with some extension work. I drew some rough ideas up, but I wasn’t confident enough that I could envision the final look. I was told by a work colleague that I should give Cross Street Architects a try. Having explained what is was I wanted over the phone we set up a home visit. From the start I had a good feeling I was with someone I could trust. I even showed them to some friends who don’t have any technical background, and they knew exactly what the plans meant and the detail that was covered. But the most important thing especially in the current crisis is “value for money” Well done and thank you for so much everything. I am delighted with how my home now looks.
