Amos and his team have been a joy to work with throughout all stages of our relationship as a Client. We wished for a complete modernisation of a Victorian terraced house in Highbury, London. He listened to our brief and really took the time to ask questions and seek insight on our requirements. We were impressed with his range of pragmatic design ideas and solutions. In just two weeks we were presented with a striking range of drawings that matched perfectly what we were dreaming of. We engaged [Amos' firm] to formalise the designs, prepare detailed drawings, manage building control and engineering, coordinate the tender for the works and lead our building contractor relationship. From start to finish we have been impressed by the teams’ attention to detail, calm approach under pressure, practical hands-on style and going beyond what we could have expected from any other architect.

We decided to work with Amos after meeting with a few architects, and Amos and his team made a very good impression on us from the very beginning. We had purchased a 3-BR attached home that needed substantial work and we wanted to make a lot of changes to the layout. We were impressed and pleased by Amos' design concepts, and he provided a good range of ideas at different budgets in accordance with our discussions and wishes.

His willingness to work with us throughout the process - namely through the delivery of the complete building project, as opposed to simply during the design phase - made us particularly happy to work with him, as we felt he would be there if we needed him on matters that we needed guidance about. Throughout the project, Amos was dedicated and met with us as frequently as needed to discuss his designs or any other issues related to the process. He also has a network of suppliers and other relationships that we were able to tap into at considerable savings.

At all times, Amos was highly professional, and he is an extremely pleasant and kind person as well, which makes interacting with him a pleasure. He was always quick to respond to any inquiries, and was very thorough and clear in all correspondence, as well as in his oversight of the builders. In addition, his fee was very fair in relation to the level of service provided, and in relation to other architects we spoke with.

We are delighted with the work he did for us, and would recommend him very highly and very happily.
