If like our family architecture is not your area of expertise , with the added challenge of a conservative budget , I have to say Abu has talked us through the full process and procedures excellently .
More importantly he is keen to listen to ideas and only after a couple of emails he managed to ping through a rough sketch of his design – Which was incredible ! As he managed to create a modern contemporary structure that we wanted – from his 1stsketch!
This is down to Abu , listening to us and considerately taking on what we need and want. Everything we thought maybe impossible to fit in , he designed to make possible – e.g. additional compact bathroom , a utility room.
Abu also uses a lot of uber cool software – which creates decorative 3D designs so you can see exactly what your building.
A very clever , dynamic , fast responding Architect that , that clearly is passionate about what he does and mega considerate on customers need.
I cannot recommend enough …Also there are no silly prices for your plan , all very realistic and fair .

Although we have yet to decide on a designer, Abuhurairah gave us a very good consultation meeting and he has followed this up with provisional designs including detailed analysis of light issues. He has also clarified what steps we would need to take regarding the local authority and planning. Abu is very enthusiastic and I would recommend him without hesitation.
