We have been so impressed with Michael and his team at MLA. They have been part of our house project for almost two years - from checking the derelict property before we even bought it, to creating plans, liaising with planning permission, going out to tender to find a builder (who was also awesome) and project managing the build to the end. I have heard of many nightmare stories of house builds but can honestly say ours has been seamless, on time and enjoyable. For those questioning whether to use MLA for the project management side, we deliberated but are so glad we did. He has kept the project on time and on cost, and through his recommendations we have saved the amount of money the project management side has actually cost.

MLA did a great job architecting our 6 metre rear ground floor extension. We had a decent idea of what we wanted but MLA helped bring this to life, proposing different options with detailed drawings and great communication. They were always very responsive and had no issues with all the tweaks and minor adjustments we kept asking for. What I didn't expect was all the hands-on help MLA provided throughout the process, including helping with tendering, analysing quotes from builders, site inspections, and making countless practical recommendations. Their drawings were also super detailed - several of the builders we spoke to said they'd never seen such detailed drawings before! I'm sure this helped to make the building process much smoother than expected. In the end, we love our new home and couldn't recommend MLA highly enough! Thank you!

Michael was excellent throughout the process of our renovation, from design to project managing the build. I was really impressed with his designs, and he added in suggestions that we wouldn’t have thought about. During the construction phase he was super responsive and well organised with addressing any challenges.
