We met Sam for a kitchen extension/remodel project which involved accommodating my professional cake business within our domestic kitchen. In the end we decided to build a separate studio instead which didn’t require an architect and so we were unable to use his services but if we had gone ahead with the project as originally conceived then he would have absolutely been our first choice. Of the architects we met he was the one who really listened to our specific needs and was realistic about what we could achieve within our rather modest budget without seeing it as completely limiting our options. He was really creative and imaginative with his suggestions and I know that he would have created a fantastic space for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and if we need the services of an architect in the future then we would definitely go to straight to him.
