Grant's experience and expertise has been gained by working at several design-led architectural practices in Cambridge and London since 2011. The projects varied from large family homes to high end residential flats and new build mix use housing developments. Many of the projects on existing buildings were grade II and grade II* listed, which has given him an in depth knowledge of historic preservation, conservation and understanding of the challenges of developing old buildings. These projects have been for a mix of developers, high profile clients and homeowners Grant is a self taught artist who started training as an architect in 2008 and has studied at various universities in England and Spain (Lincoln, Newcastle, Barcelona and Madrid), where he has gained expertise in project management, law, construction, architecture, interior and urban design.
