In our Zoom consultation, Tom pointed out the pros and cons of various options within my original conception of the project, which enabled me to establish a more realistic idea of what I could achieve within the budget. He was also able to visit the property, during which time we discussed were able to discussion these options further. The follow up fee proposal was clear and included various points at which the project could be paused, reviewed and adapted along the way. Now I have appointed his practice to oversee the project and look forward to working with him.
