Tessa is a registered architect and practice co-director with extensive experience working on projects of a varied range of scales, often in sensitive historic environments. She has led design teams with multiple participants through all RIBA stages, ensuring design integrity is maintained through technical resolution and construction.
Our practice has recently been selected for inclusion in the 'New Architects 4' publication from the Architecture Foundation, a survey of the best practices formed in the UK in the last ten years.
We have an open and conversational approach, exploring architectural ideas through thoughtful engagement with contemporary construction methods, material character, and cultural context. We aim to make work of imagination and social value.
We work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors through all RIBA work stages, from developing initial ideas to completion on site, and are very happy to discuss potential projects of any shape or size.
Current and recently completed projects include two new houses in Kent, a Passivhaus retrofit in Camden shortlisted for the 2020 'Don't Move Improve' awards, extension projects across London, a indoor swimming pool in Devon, and a new build Mews house in South London.

Thank you for your interest and apologies for not meaningfully communicating with you but doing so via design for me I have found cumbersome and ineffective. The pre-app has concluded there is no realistic possibility of a development on this site. Thank you once again. Anthony Warren
