The practice was founded in 2009 and is led by George Omalianakis, Chartered Architect, ARB registered and RIBA Conservation Registrant. Good first consultation, detailed and exactly what I was looking for.
George and I had an initial chat and he had already done a bit of local research which was great! He also sent over some really useful documents that clearly laid out the various stages of the project and what to expect and action at each stage. In the initial discussion he had definitely understood the brief and had already thought about some of the possibilities which aligned with mine. I was confident that he would do a very thorough job and would care about the project.

George is a lovely guy, and took the time to come and look around our new house to suggest ways of making its unusual layout make more sense. Very smart, very knowledgeable and very pleasant. Recommended!

Although we may have been able to do our proposed works under permitted development, George recommended that we seek planning approval because of the contemporary nature of the design. He then managed the planning process with approval granted six weeks after initial submission.
Our works are scheduled to commence in 2017 and we can’t wait to see how the design translates through to a completed build that hopefully exceeds our expectations.”
