My comprehensive design service may include design brief, colour schemes, sketches, scaled floorplans, visuals, mood boards,sourcing all materials and furniture, lighting, artwork and accessories, specifications of all of said items to your budget, full AutoCAD plans, elevations and any custom detailing drawings to English Building Regs or for planning. Advice on finishes , fabrics and window treatments. Custom soft furnishings available. Window treatment design and installation can also be arranged. In most cases I can work to set design fees. I can remodel your walls etc to create better layouts and enhance the space you have or help you design your new extension to give it the look and feel you're after and ensure it flows correctly. Even if your builder has started on site I can quickly liaise and produce drawings to improve the design at the eleventh hour since I produce all drawings myself 'in house'.
