We had a project to renovate a one bedroom flat. We chose Karina, and Ramin, the builder she works with, as they were able to cost the ideas we had at the start and make clear what could be done in our budget, before we hired them. And they stuck to the agreed plan, on costs and time, plus adding the additional requests from us including a new kitchen from design to planning and costing to implementing. Karina designed and coordinated and Ramin implemented everything, from the new kitchen, a big bookshelf which was custom-designed and built, and new heating and lighting throughout our flat. They work well together, and we had no headaches and no worries during the renovation. Several months later it works wonderfully and looks amazing, and came in within the budget.
