Hello, my name is Josh, and I am an ARB registered architect. I work alongside my partner Marie. We are an innovative, sustainably-focused duo who specialises in residential refurbishments, interior design, and new-build construction of all scales. We are based in Southwark and have a track record of successfully delivering projects across London, South East and Cambridgeshire with a 100% planning application success rate. We have experience of working with listed buildings in Conservation Areas and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and are passionate about sustainable construction and innovative use of materials. Our approach has been awarded in 2020 by winning the AJ Small Projects for Sustainability.

We can oversee your project's initial survey, through the concept design and planning stages, the tendering process, and on to the completion of construction. Additionally, we provide interior design services, colour palettes, lighting strategies, assisting with soft furnishings and bespoke joinery design, providing detailed drawings and material specifications. We initiate all our projects with a thorough discussion of your personal brief and life inspiration. This ensures a deep understanding of the way you and your close entourage live, allowing us to create a truly unique project tailored to your needs.
