I hired [Rowena's practice] to do a complete makeover of my Victorian terraced house in London. Rowena re-designed the interior layout of the house as well as a side return and loft extension and garden layout. She brought imagination and creativity to the project, as well as a practical understanding of our needs. She listened to the brief and had excellent ideas and suggestions, but also worked closely with me for my input and requirements. In the construction phase she sourced builders and project managed the construction, and saw it through to completion with competence, patience and good humour. I am the landlord of several properties in Fulham, London. As I am living overseas, I employed Rowena [and her practice] to update the window dressings in my rental flats. She handled everything locally, consulting me via Skype so I could approve colour swatches and designs from abroad. Nothing is too difficult for her.
